Including subscription sites we’ve paid for so you don’t have to. Plus websites chosen by librarians and recommended by Lancashire teachers to fit in with the National Curriculum. Homework Clubs also get free print-outs in the library for homework related material.

Have you ever wanted to race robots?
Then this is the workshop for you, regardless of whether or not you have ever used a robot before.
We will introduce how to use and program our Ozobots and then we will get to the racing. Working in small teams you will program your robot to race around our dedicated robot racetrack and try to become the champion. 5:30pm collect lanterns from Winter Gardens.

5.45pm Public and Performers arrival to Muster Area Mountain Landscape. The parade will be led by Baybeat from More Music and will include those who have attended our workshops, brought their bikes ablaze with colour and anyone else who would like to join us.

6.15pm Parade Starts.

6.45pm Samba Espirito drumming band will take over from Baybeat
